We understand that you may change your mind. This policy outlines the process for canceling orders and requesting replacements.

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• After this period, cancellation may not be guaranteed if the order is already in processing or shipped.

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Notify us within 24 hours.
• Send photos of the product and packaging.
• We will review and approve eligible replacements at no extra cost.

• We do not offer replacements for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or attempted alterations.
