We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. The items must not be spritzed with perfume, must not have been dry-cleaned, and must be undamaged.
• Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or worn items cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
