At Habayeb, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following terms and conditions apply for returns and refunds:

1.General Return Conditions:

• Customers may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The returned item must be brand new, unused, and free from any damage or alterations.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
• The product must not be worn, washed, or dry-cleaned, and must be free from perfumes, detergents, or stains.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order items requested by the customer are non-returnable.
• Used products or those showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

3. Refund Process:

• The refund process will begin after the item has been inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.
• Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method, and may take 7 to 14 business days to process.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• If the item received is defective or incorrect, Habayeb will cover all shipping costs.
